Create a Crew HQ for free and invite your crew. The team owner or a nominated admin can buy Race Pass to add official start-time syncing, the full schedule with exact start times, live tracking, splits and results for your event. Athletes never pay.

We chose to make RoxHQ browser-based so joining your team is straightforward. Share your crew’s invitation link; members open it in their browser and join with a free RoxHQ account. Athletes, coaches and spectators can take part without downloading an app.
Bring your crew together before race week
Choose your HYROX event and share your team-specific Crew HQ invitation link. It takes existing RoxHQ users straight to your team. New users create their own free account first, then join the team. Every crew member needs an account; a team owner cannot add someone who has not registered.
Athletes add their race and category details, so you can see who is attending before official start times are released.
For a gym owner or coach, this gives you a shared place to organise the group. Athletes, spectators and coaches can see who is racing and follow the crew at the same event.
Build the schedule when start times are released
Once the official start list is published, Race Pass matches your crew to the HYROX start list and syncs their start times into the full race-week schedule.
Use that shared view to plan when your crew needs to be ready and when teammates are racing. Check official event updates for changes to start times or event arrangements.
Follow your crew on race day
Race Pass lets the crew follow race progress in a crew list and map, with run and station splits and final results. The map updates in near real time using actual official HYROX timing-chip readings.
An athlete’s timing chip triggers mats throughout the runs, Roxzone and the start and finish of stations. Each trigger updates the map, with a short delay before it appears. Each map update reflects a recorded timing point, without using phone GPS, predicted times or interpolation.
Live information depends on the timing data and event feeds available to RoxHQ. Updates can be delayed or incomplete, so use official event information when confirming a start time or result.
Choose the access you need
Free Crew HQ setup includes the invitation link, athlete self-onboarding and a view of your crew before official start times are published. It also includes the Race Guide, with information such as check-in details, run laps and ceremony times.
Race Pass is a one-time purchase for an event, made by the team owner or a nominated admin. It covers unlimited crew members and event days, with no subscription or per-athlete fee. Every existing crew member and anyone who joins the crew later receives access for that event, including athletes, spectators and coaches. If a technical failure in RoxHQ prevents live tracking during your event, we’ll refund your Race Pass. Internet connectivity issues outside RoxHQ’s systems are excluded. Request a refund by 11:59 pm in the event venue’s local time on the seventh calendar day after the event’s final day.

- Joining a crew: open your team’s invitation link. Existing users go straight to the team. New users create a free account first, then join. If you are racing, add your race details.
- Preparing for race week: the team owner or a nominated admin buys Race Pass to sync official start times and enable the live tools for everyone in the crew.
