About RoxHQ
Why RoxHQ was built
RoxHQ was founded by Marcus, a HYROX athlete who saw how much work went into getting a crew ready for an event. Gym owners were keeping track of spreadsheet versions, messages and late changes as official start lists arrived.
Members join through a team-specific invitation link, using an existing RoxHQ account or creating a free account first. Athletes add their race details. Race Pass brings the official schedule and near real-time race progress together, using actual HYROX timing-chip readings from venue timing mats.
Part of the RoxRadar team
RoxHQ comes from the team behind RoxRadar, the HYROX race planning platform. RoxRadar helps athletes discover events, follow ticket availability and plan the trip around a race. RoxHQ focuses on organising the crew attending an event.
Race Pass is separate from a RoxRadar subscription. Only the team owner or a nominated admin can buy it. One pass covers unlimited crew members and event days for the selected event, including existing members and later joiners. Athletes never pay.

RoxHQ is operated by Couch Media Pty Ltd in Australia. We are independent of HYROX and are not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by HYROX.
