RoxHQ is a web-based race-week coordination platform designed for HYROX teams, gyms, coaches, and athletes.

It provides features including (but not limited to):

• Crew dashboards
• Start time synchronization
• Live tracking (Pro features)
• Race-day tools and messaging
• Event-based Race Pass upgrades

RoxHQ is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by HYROX.

Accounts

To use RoxHQ, you must create an account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Be responsible for activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms
• Attempt to misuse the platform
• Interfere with system integrity

Pricing & Payments

RoxHQ offers:

• Free Starter features
• Paid Pro upgrades (Race Pass)

Payment Model

• Pro access is purchased per event.
• There are no recurring subscriptions unless explicitly stated.
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified.

Refund Policy

RoxHQ Pro includes a performance-based refund guarantee.

If Pro features do not perform as expected during your event, you may request a refund.

Refund requests must:

• Be submitted within 7 days of the event
• Include a description of the issue

Refunds are issued at our discretion where a genuine service failure has occurred.

Refunds are not provided for:

• Change of mind
• User error
• Event cancellation outside our control
• Internet connectivity issues beyond our system

Event Data & Third Parties

RoxHQ may display:

• Public race start lists
• Timing information
• Event schedules

This information is sourced from publicly available data or integrated event feeds.

We do not guarantee:

• Accuracy
• Completeness
• Availability of third-party timing systems

RoxHQ is not responsible for errors in official event data.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse engineer the platform
• Interfere with live tracking systems
• Use RoxHQ for unlawful activity
• Upload harmful or malicious content

We may suspend or remove accounts that breach these conditions.

Intellectual Property

All RoxHQ content, design, and functionality are the property of Couch Media Pty Ltd.

You may not copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit any part of the platform without written permission.

Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

RoxHQ may:

• Perform maintenance
• Update features
• Modify functionality
• Remove features

without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Couch Media Pty Ltd is not liable for:

• Indirect losses
• Lost revenue
• Event-day disruption
• Third-party timing failures
• Missed races or start times

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant Race Pass.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.

Continued use of RoxHQ constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

Any disputes will be handled in Australian courts.
