RoxHQ is an independent web-based platform for HYROX crew coordination. Gym owners, coaches, teams, athletes and spectators use it to organise their crew for an event, share race-week schedules and follow race progress.
A Crew HQ is your crew’s shared space for a HYROX event. Crew members can be athletes, spectators, coaches or anyone else in the team. You create it for free and see the crew take shape as people join and athletes add their race details.
Ask your coach, gym or team organiser for the team-specific RoxHQ invitation link. If you already have a RoxHQ account, the link takes you straight to the team. If you are new, create your own free account first, then join the team. If you are racing, add your race and category details.
Every crew member needs their own free RoxHQ account, including athletes, spectators and coaches. A team owner cannot add someone who has not registered. RoxHQ runs in your web browser. There’s no app to download or install. If you are joining an existing crew, begin with the invitation link your organiser sends you.
Yes. You can create your Crew HQ, invite athletes and collect their race details before start lists are published. Official start-time syncing and the full schedule with exact start times are Race Pass features.
Free Crew HQ setup includes crew invitations, self-onboarding and a view of the crew before official start times are released. The Race Guide is also included, with information such as check-in details, run laps and ceremony times.
Race Pass adds official start-time syncing, the full race-week schedule with exact start times, near real-time progress in a crew list and map, station and run splits, and final results. Everyone already in the crew and anyone who joins later receives access for that event, including athletes, spectators and coaches.
Athletes never pay. Only the team owner or a nominated admin can buy Race Pass. For example, a gym owner can create the crew and nominate a studio manager as an admin who can make the purchase. Race Pass is a one-time payment for an event, with no subscription or per-athlete fee. It covers unlimited crew members and event days for the selected event, including existing members and anyone who joins later.
Current prices, currencies and selected-event offers are shown on the pricing page. Check that page and the details for your selected event before purchasing.
Race Pass is purchased per event. It covers the event for which it is purchased, including its event days. It is not a season subscription.
RoxHQ and RoxRadar are separate products from the same team. A RoxRadar Ticket Tracker subscription does not include RoxHQ Race Pass features. Race Pass is purchased separately for your RoxHQ event.
Race Pass matches your crew to the official HYROX start list when that list has been published. RoxHQ uses publicly available event data or integrated event feeds. If a start time looks wrong, check the official information for your event and contact RoxHQ support.
RoxHQ uses actual official HYROX timing-chip data. As an athlete’s chip triggers timing mats throughout the runs, Roxzone and the start and finish of stations, each trigger updates the map. Updates appear in near real time, with a short delay from the timing trigger to its display. The map does not use phone GPS, predicted splits or times, or interpolation. Race Pass also shows run and station splits and final results.
Yes. Near real-time tracking includes a short delay between a timing-chip trigger and its display. Live information also depends on third-party timing systems and available event data, which may be delayed or unavailable. Check official event information for confirmed start times, changes and results.
Check the event available in RoxHQ before making plans or buying Race Pass. Features that use start lists and live timing depend on the data available for that event. Contact support if you need to confirm coverage.
No. RoxHQ is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by HYROX.
If a technical failure in RoxHQ prevents live tracking during your event, we’ll refund your Race Pass. Internet connectivity issues outside RoxHQ’s systems are excluded. Email support@roxhq.app with your event and a description of the issue by 11:59 pm in the event venue’s local time on the seventh calendar day after the event’s final day.
The Privacy Policy explains what RoxHQ collects, how it is used and which service providers may receive it. You can contact support@roxhq.app to request access to, correction of or deletion of your account information.
Email support@roxhq.app for questions about RoxHQ, your crew or Race Pass. Include the relevant event and enough detail for the team to understand the issue.
